Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
1. Design-Phase Guarantee
For new web design / development projects, if you are not satisfied with the initial design concept (Figma mockup) within the agreed revision rounds and we cannot resolve the issue, you are entitled to a full refund of any amount paid — provided no development work has begun.
2. After Development Has Started
Once development work has commenced (post design approval), advance payments are non-refundable for the design and development time already invested. However, you may cancel the remaining scope and will only be billed for completed milestones.
3. Monthly Retainers & Subscriptions
- Monthly retainers (SEO, ads management, hosting, support) can be cancelled with 7 days' written notice before the next billing cycle.
- Already-paid monthly fees are non-refundable since the service window has begun.
4. SaaS Products
For our SaaS products, refunds are governed by the specific product's terms displayed at checkout. Generally, monthly plans are non-refundable; annual plans may be refunded on a pro-rated basis within the first 7 days of purchase.
5. Third-Party Costs
Any third-party costs (domain registration, premium plugins, paid ads spend, stock images, hosting upgrades) are non-refundable once incurred on your behalf.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email mediabytex@gmail.com with your project name and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
7. Disputes
We genuinely care about your success. Before raising any chargeback or dispute, please contact us — in our experience, the vast majority of concerns can be resolved with a quick conversation.
