Google Map Lead Extractor Software for India
Google Map Lead Extractor is a Windows 10/11 desktop app that turns a Google Maps search into an Excel sheet of local businesses. Indian buyers pay in rupees — ₹1,999 for 6 months or ₹2,999 for 1 year, GST invoice included — and get WhatsApp support in English and Hindi. The address parser is tuned for Indian PIN codes. It is sold nationwide; it is not an Asansol-only tool. Free trial: 10 results per search, no expiry.
- INR plans, GST invoice
- WhatsApp +91 96475 04140
- Indian pincode columns
- No auto-renewal
Built for Indian lead lists, sold across India
Most “Google Maps scraper” pages you will find are written for a US or Europe credit card and a cloud dashboard. This page is for people who actually work Indian territories: an agency in Pune building a dentist list for Pune and Pimpri, a plywood wholesaler mapping dealers in Surat and Rajkot, a CA-practice marketer covering Lucknow localities one line at a time, or a recruiter who needs factory HR numbers in Hosur and Sriperumbudur. The same Windows install covers all of those jobs. You type the keyword Google Maps already understands, add one city or locality per line, and save an .xlsx file.
MediaByteX makes the software at Sentrum Mall, Asansol, West Bengal 713305, and supports it on WhatsApp from India. That is the company address. The product itself is not a local-services landing page for Asansol. If your search is “interior designer in Jaipur” or “diagnostic centre in Guwahati”, the app will run that search. If the listing exists on Google Maps, it can be collected, whether the PIN is 110001 or 682001.
There is no Mac or Linux native build, no browser version and no API. Your Windows PC has to stay on while a job runs. Those limits are the trade for a fixed rupee licence instead of a per-record cloud bill.
India pricing (GST invoice)
| Plan | Price | Term | Results | Invoice & support | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free trial | ₹0 | No expiry | 10 per search | Basic | Download |
| India 6 months | ₹1,999 | 6 months | No software cap* | GST invoice, WhatsApp, free updates | Buy on WhatsApp |
| India 1 year | ₹2,999 | 12 months | No software cap* | GST invoice, priority WhatsApp, free updates | Buy on WhatsApp |
| International | USD 40 | 1 year | No software cap* | WhatsApp / email support | Pricing |
*Paid plans have no built-in result cap; you get as many rows as Google Maps shows for each keyword + location. Deep Coverage (paid) scans a city in a grid to go past the roughly 120 results a single Maps search shows. Licences are one-time for the term — no auto-renewal. Why the Indian address columns matter
A Google Maps listing in India is rarely a clean “street, city, ZIP” string. You get shop numbers, “opp. railway station”, village names inside a municipal area, and a six-digit PIN at the end — or sometimes not. Google Map Lead Extractor still saves the full address, then tries to split City, State and Pincode / postcode into their own Excel columns. That split is tuned for Indian addresses. It is the difference between a sheet you can filter (“show me only 5600xx”) and a sheet you have to re-parse by hand.
Typical uses of those columns inside India:
- Courier and field-sales routing. Sort by PIN or city so a rider or a territory executive is not hopping across two districts in one afternoon.
- GST-state grouping. State names from the listing help you keep Maharashtra leads apart from Gujarat leads when you plan a campaign or a distributor map.
- Locality batches. For a metro, do not type only “Mumbai”. Add Andheri, Bandra, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Kalyan — one per line — so each run stays inside a workable Maps viewport.
- Duplicate control. Chain stores reuse one phone. After export, Excel → Data → Remove Duplicates on the phone column, then on the Google Maps URL column.
Parsing is not magic. A listing that has no PIN, or an address written only in a local language without a numeric code, can leave the pincode cell empty. That is expected. You still have the full address and the Maps link to check.
How an Indian extraction actually runs
- Pick the words customers type on Maps. “Dental clinic” beats “doctor”. “CA firm” beats “accountant”. “Hardware wholesaler” beats “shop”. Match the category Google already uses.
- List places, one per line. A state-wide dump of “Tamil Nadu” is a poor Maps query. City and locality names work. Overnight jobs can stack dozens of lines.
- Decide on email and WhatsApp. Those two fields are not on the Google Maps card. Tick the optional grabber only if you need them; the app then visits each business website, which makes the run slower. Details: email extractor and WhatsApp number extractor.
- Start, pause, save. The live grid shows lead, email and WhatsApp counters. Save writes a file named after the keyword and city, ready for Excel, LibreOffice or Google Sheets.
Google Maps itself still caps a single search at roughly 120 visible results. Paid Deep Coverage walks a city as a grid (radius and density settings) when you need more than that one viewport. The trial does not include Deep Coverage; it does include the other sixteen fields, limited to 10 rows per search so you can judge the sheet before you pay.
Sixteen fields, including Indian-friendly extras
Phone numbers come from the Maps listing. Email and WhatsApp come from the business website when they are published there — a common gap in India, where many shops list a mobile number on Maps but hide the email on a Contact page, or put a wa.me button on the site and nowhere on the card.
| # | Field | Source / note |

| 9 | WhatsApp number | Found on the business website (optional) |

| 12 | Pincode / postcode | Parsed from the address |

Who runs it in India
Agencies and freelancers
Filter the Website column for blanks — those are shops that may need a site or Google Business Profile work. Sort by rating to find profiles that look neglected.
B2B and distribution
Build dealer, stockist, clinic or retailer lists city by city. PIN and state columns keep territories honest when you hand the sheet to a salesperson.
Manufacturers and exporters
Find buyers and channel partners in new Indian cities without buying a recycled “database” of last year’s numbers.
Recruiters and trainers
Employer lists by industry keyword (“textile mill”, “logistics park”, “nursing home”) for a district you actually cover.
None of this requires coding or a Google Cloud key. It also does not replace a CRM, a dialer or a WhatsApp campaign tool. Export the sheet, clean it, then use whatever outreach stack you already have — including Leads Checker and WhatsApp Campaign Manager if those fit your workflow.
Rupee licence vs cloud scrapers (for Indian buyers)
Cloud Google Maps scrapers (Outscraper, Apify, credit-pack Indian sites, browser extensions) are a better fit if you need an API, a Mac, or a job that must run while your PC is off. They usually bill in dollars or in credits per thousand records. Check each vendor’s current page; plans move.
A desktop licence is a better fit if you extract every week, want one rupee number on the invoice, and are fine sitting the job on a Windows machine. ₹2,999 for a year is the Indian 12-month price. There is no per-row meter after that, and email/WhatsApp grabbing is included rather than sold as a separate enrichment SKU.
| Google Map Lead Extractor (India) | Typical cloud / credit scraper | |
|---|---|---|
| Where it runs | Your Windows 10/11 PC | Vendor cloud or a browser |
| India price | ₹1,999 / 6 mo or ₹2,999 / year | Credits, USD cards, or packs — confirm on their site |
| GST invoice | On Indian plans | Varies |
| Support | WhatsApp / phone, India time, Hindi or English | Email or chat, often US/EU hours |
| Pincode / state split | Tuned for Indian addresses | Generic address string, or your own cleanup |
| Email & WhatsApp | Optional website pass, in the licence | Often an extra enrichment bill |
| API / Mac / schedule | Not available | Usually yes |

Hindi guide and India-time support
If you would rather read the workflow in Hindi/Hinglish, use Google Map se data kaise nikale. Buying and support happen on WhatsApp +91 96475 04140 or info@mediabytex.com. Message in Hindi or English. You get a payment link, you pay, you receive a key, you paste it in the app you already downloaded. No subscription trap: when the 6- or 12-month term ends, the licence stops unless you choose to renew.
Use the data within Indian rules
Listings on Google Maps and emails or WhatsApp numbers printed on a company website are public business information. Calling, SMS and WhatsApp outreach in India still sit under the DPDP Act 2023 and TRAI DND / spam rules. Do not blast a sheet the night you export it. Remove duplicates, skip people who opt out, and do not resell personal data. This paragraph is a reminder, not a legal opinion. If you sell to Europe as well, GDPR applies to those contacts.
Honest limits (read these before you buy)
- Windows 10/11 only. No native Mac, Linux, Android or ChromeOS app.
- No API, webhooks or cloud schedule. The PC must be awake for the job.
- Excel output only. JSON/CRM pipelines need a conversion step.
- Email and WhatsApp exist only when the business published them on its site. No website, no grab.
- Google can still show a captcha or throttle a noisy session. Increase scroll delay and use smaller locality lists if that happens. No scraper can promise zero blocks.
How Indian buyers start
- Download the free trial on a Windows 10/11 PC and run one real keyword in one real city you sell to.
- Open the Excel file. Check pincode, phone, and whether you need the slower email/WhatsApp pass.
- If the sheet is usable, WhatsApp +91 96475 04140 for the ₹1,999 or ₹2,999 plan and ask for a GST invoice.
- Enter the licence key in the same install. Keep using your existing searches; there is no second setup.

FAQ
Is Google Map Lead Extractor sold only in Asansol or West Bengal?
No. This is a nationwide Windows product. Buyers in any Indian state can download the trial, pay in rupees and extract Google Maps listings for any city that appears on Maps. MediaByteX is based at Sentrum Mall, Asansol 713305 — that is the maker address, not a service-area limit.
What does it cost in India?
₹1,999 for 6 months or ₹2,999 for 1 year. Both Indian plans include a GST invoice. International buyers pay USD 40/year. Licences do not auto-renew. See pricing.
Does it parse Indian pincodes?
Yes. From each listing address it tries to fill separate City, State and Pincode / postcode columns. Indian PIN codes are six digits; that split is what most courier, territory and GST-state workflows need. Unusual address strings can still leave a field blank — check the Excel file before you import it.
Can I get support in Hindi?
WhatsApp support (+91 96475 04140) is in English and Hindi, on India time. There is also a Hindi/Hinglish guide: Google Map se data kaise nikale.
Does the free trial expire?
No. Every feature except Deep Coverage works, limited to 10 results per search, with no expiry. A paid Indian licence removes the result cap and unlocks Deep Coverage.
Will it run on a Mac or a Chromebook?
Not natively. It needs Windows 10 or Windows 11. A Windows virtual machine on a Mac can work; there is no Linux or browser edition and no API.
How do I pay from India?
Message +91 96475 04140 on WhatsApp or email info@mediabytex.com. You receive a payment link (UPI and common Indian methods are arranged on that chat). After payment you get a licence key to enter in the app — no reinstall.
Is it legal to use these leads for calls or WhatsApp in India?
The software only collects business details published on Google Maps and on the business website. How you use the list is your responsibility: follow the DPDP Act 2023, TRAI/DND rules for calls and SMS, and honour opt-outs. This is not legal advice.
